I practice from a solution focused lens which means my approach is to highlight your strengths and resiliency, highlighting areas where things might be working well and using those successes to find the light in the dark spots. I also appreciate Bowen, experiential, and narrative theories.

I am a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator, and I am trained in the Developmental model for couples
